RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
There is potential risk for injury involved in fencing and we have tried to create a safe and controlled environment for participation. Rules have been established by the Canadian Fencing Federation and Federation Internationale d’Escrime for participation and conduct on or about the practice area that should be followed. I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and assigns, forever release Rick Gosselin, the Fundy Fencing Club, The Renforth Fencing Club, and the building owner for 88 King Street, Saint John NB, and the corporation of the Parish of Renforth (St. James the Less Church) of any responsibility for equipment damage or personal injury I may suffer as a result of participating in fencing lessons.
I have read this Release and Indemnity and understand its significance. BY CLICKING THE "SEND" BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS REGISTRATION FORM, I AM AGREEING TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN THE RELEASE AND IDEMNITY CLAUSE.
